POP-UP RALLIES

This is a new type of rally to be held where traditionally demand for rallies is limited or where weather is more unreliable.
The intention is to earmark a loose date in the programme for a possible informal rally lasting only a day or two.
The organiser will then take a view on the weather about a week beforehand and if suitable he/she will then send out a pop up rally notice on the” boats” email system specifying the intended day(s).
It will be up to the “attendees “ to make any bookings themselves although as this is intended to be very informal the intention is to aim where possible for venues where booking is not required. People who want to attend should also let the organiser know.
No meals will be booked by the organiser but it is hope that attendees will get together informally for drinks or possibly a meal.
As this is a trial of a new type of rally the process will to some extent evolve as we go along.

REMINDERS,  ALTERATIONS  AND  OTHER  INFORMATION  ABOUT  THESE  EVENTS WILL  BE  SENT  OUT  BY THE RELEVANT ORGANISERS ON
THE MEMBERS EMAIL SYSTEM
